We are providers for:

    • Cigna PPO

    • United Concordia PPO

    • Blue Cross Blue Shield

We also accept most traditional insurance and PPO plans. As you are aware, dental insurance only pays a portion of your dental care. There are often deductibles, co-payments and annual maximums associated with each insurance policy. Because policies vary greatly, we will do our best to estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of each contract. Your estimated portion of each service is payable at the time of service. We will assist you by promptly filing an accurate claim in order to maximize your allowable benefit. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover), debit cards, cash, and personal checks. We also offer Care Credit financing. The Care Credit company offers a convenient low monthly payment for treatment fees.
